Maria Elena Bello
Maria Elena Bello, born April 18th 1967 is an American actress, producer and writer. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (99), Coyote Ugly 2000, The Cooler 2003, A History of Violence 2005, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor 2008, Grown Ups (2011), Prisoners (2013) and Lights Out (2016) were just some of her movie roles. Bello has starred on television in roles such as Dr. Anna Del Amico (1997) as well as Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly (2000) and The Cooler (2003) and A History of Violence (2005), Michelle McBride (2016), as well as Special Agent Jacqueline Sloane (2021-2021). Bello was born on 18 April, 1967 in Norristown Pennsylvania. She is the daughter of Kathy who was a school nurse and teacher as well as Joe Bello, a contractor.Her father is Italian American, with roots in Montella, Italy, and her mother is Polish American.She was raised in a working-class, Catholic family and graduated from Archbishop John Carroll High School in Radnor, Pennsylvania. She studied political sciences at Villanova University. Bello continued to train in acting through participation in numerous New York theatre productions. Bello together with Dan McDermott is the proud mother of Jackson. Bello has written about her relationship with Clare Munn in November 2013. The book she wrote was published.
